OIL SAMPLING SHOULD BE DONE AS FOLLOWS

    • You should use dark-colored glass bottle as oil sample pot
    • Oil sampling pot and the devices that used while sampling (funnel, hose etc.) should be clear and dry
    • The valve that used for sampling should be cleaned with a clear and smooth cloth.
    • You should take sample and then clean the valve again.
    • You should rinse the pot with the sampling oil twice and pour it.
    • You should take the sample bowing the pot in order to prevent air entrance inside the oil.
    • You should not touch the oil
    • You should take sample in dry air or you should take measurements.
    • You should fill to capacity of pot, bewaring the air bubble.
    • You should cover the pot with a cap that does not affected by oil.

The oil volume should be as follows:

For A Type Tests, sample oil volume should not be less than 1 liter.
For B Type Tests, sample oil volume should not be less than 1 liter.
For C Type Tests, sample oil volume should not be less than 0,5 liter.
For A, B, C Type Tests, sample oil volume should not be less than 2,5 liters.

You should write the sample name or serial number, rated power and voltages of transformer on sample pot, labeling a sticker.

You should send the pot to our Factory within the shortest possible time, keeping it from light and heat.

The sample that is not taken according to the instructions above can affect the test results and values.
