All the transformers that we manufacture in our facilities
are manufactured in accordance with TS 267 En 60076 product standard
and TS EN ISO 9001 quality system, ISO 14001 enviroment system. (It is possible to manufacture
transformers in accordance with other Standards/Specifications upon
customer demand).
Elkima Trafo has taken all its activities -starting from
raw material acceptance including process, final inspection and tests
on final products, sales and after-sales services- under TS EN ISO
9001 Quality Assurance since 1998.

Our company supplies all the raw materials from local and foreign
producers whose quality is world-wide well known. The raw materials are tested with accuracy by the personnel of Quality
Control and Laboratory Department in accordance with the related specifications;
and the products, of which test results are found appropriate, are stored
in our company's warehouses under appropriate conditions.
All products that are manufactured by our trained and expert staff
are followed with the serial numbers that are given during process
steps and after-process, starting from the moment they are projected.
The serial numbers that our products have help the data like customer
situation, process phases, producer personnel, used raw materials,
tests executed during production and final product phases and test
results to be followed easily and be reached whenever required. These
information obtained are stored in our company's archives for unlimited
time. We can keep all phases of our production under control and manufacture
transformers that our customers may use safely.
All of our personnel are participating in improvement of our quality
system and latest technologies are applied to our system as soon as
they are designed.
